# 1.1 Non-Liability Statement

The **Zenqira platform** and/or the **Token Provider**, which operates the platform and website, want to make it clear that they cannot be held liable for any indirect or consequential losses, whether arising from contractual obligations or otherwise. This includes, but is not limited to, losses related to revenue, profits, data, or the use of services.
